The critical path

Cross Venice during the carnival, recover Sophia's weapons and use the church roof to aim the mirror at the city signals.

Follow these Chapter 2 checkpoints in order; each one marks a progression action or a search window before the next one-way transition.

• Cross the rooftops, clear the soldiers and use the device in the small room to raise the gate.
• Stow Sophia's weapons at the barrel, enter the carnival in disguise and search the docks before crossing the guarded bridge.
• After Leni opens the route, check the pig-yard side building for Beads and the carnival stalls for the Bombasin Mask.
• Recover the weapons by the water, climb to the church roof and aim the mirror at each city signal.
• Leave across the roofs, use the grapnel on the archer and continue toward the arsenal.

Chapter checklist

Before the final one-way transition, check the chapter tracker for 1 Blade, 2 Artefacts and 2 Charms.

Before crossing the guarded bridge, turn toward the water for the Serenissima Banner artefact.
